Prof. Stephanie Reiner is a business economist and lives her motto "business administration with heart": as an expert in agile personnel and organizational development, she is committed to the positive psychological design of digital transformation processes.

With over ten years of experience in supporting technology-driven change processes, she has worked in various companies and participated as an action researcher in national and international research projects. In doing so, she supported SMEs and start-ups in the East Bavarian region across all industries in the digitalization and strategic development of their business models.

She is currently a junior professor for innovative didactics at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences. In this role, she integrates innovative concepts of entrepreneurship education into university teaching in order to promote future optimism, agility and entrepreneurial action among students. At the same time, she is finalizing her doctoral project entitled: Resource orientation in times of digital transformation: approaches to positive personnel management.
