Since 2022, he has served as Vice President Additive Manufacturing at KraussMaffei, responsible for portfolio management and organizational development. Previously, he spent nearly 14 years at Continental, most recently as Head of Diagnostics and Services, focusing on strategic planning, portfolio management, and program leadership. He holds a Bachelor in Product Engineering / Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Furtwangen and completed the International Management Program at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
