For 25 years, Mr. Dickmann has been working for international corporations in the automotive industry, but also for SMEs in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and electronics. He specializes in averting insolvencies or stabilizing companies after insolvency.

He became known for his restructuring of supposedly "unsalvageable" companies or turnarounds in an extremely short time. This was achieved through an unusual methodology that penetrates into the details of all departmental processes.

Philipp Dickmann was a lecturer at the IWB of the TUM for 12 years. He has worked academically and industrially in the fields of material flow, production, lean, ERP, SCM and factory planning and has received various international awards in these different fields. He is the bestselling author of the Springer book "Lean Material Flow".
