Olena Bolshanina successfully graduated from two universities in Kiev: First, she studied at the Linguistic University. She then went on to study at the Kiev University of Economics and graduated with a Master's degree in International Management.
Olena began her professional career at Bayer AG's representative office in Ukraine in her final year of study. During her 17 years with the company, she worked in various departments. Her tasks in the Procurement department and in Corporate Communications were particularly formative.
Since 2024, Olena Bolshanina has been working for Bayern Innovativ GmbH in the Europe and International division as a project assistant in the "Ukraine Ready4EU" project. Since November 2025, she has also been part of the Enterprise Europe Network team at Bayern Innovativ.
