Linda Ottmann

Position: Ottmann & Partner GmbH

  • Linda Ottmann has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and a Master of Science in International Management. During her studies, she gained international experience in Székesfehérvár (Hungary) and Wrocław (Poland).

  • As Chief Communications Officer (CCO) at IAPM, she has been responsible for internal and external communications since 2018. In 2019, she expanded her field of activity and also took on the role of project manager and project management trainer at Ottmann & Partner GmbH. From 2022 to 2023, she volunteered as CCO for the PMOGA India Hub. Since 2023, she has been working as a senior consultant in the Project Management Office (PMO) for projects in the energy sector.

Main areas of work:

  • Communication & Event Management: Focus on corporate communication, especially editorial management and internal communication with volunteers and trainers. Planning, organization and implementation of events as well as support for press and public relations. Support and implementation of digital learning platforms.

  • Project management training: imparting classic, agile and international project management knowledge with a focus on practical training. Supporting teams and individuals in the successful implementation of projects through proven methods and best practices.

  • Project Management & PMO: Advising and supporting project managers in the energy sector in the planning, structuring and implementation of projects. Responsible for establishing efficient processes, supporting committees and optimizing PMO structures. Experience with complex transformation projects in the context of the energy transition

  • International management: Supporting international projects and conducting project management training for intercultural teams. Promotion of effective cooperation in global project contexts through intercultural competence and international experience.

  • Additional qualifications: Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM), Certified International Project Manager (IAPM), Certified Senior Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
