Dr. Lea Schwarz studied mechanical engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and then worked on the topic of sustainable drives for the motorsport of the future as part of her doctoral project at Audi Motorsport. She gained experience in various functions and areas of AUDI AG in development, project management and drive and decarbonization strategy. In her current position, she leads a team in overall vehicle development with a focus on functional architecture and function-related requirements management.
