As co-founder and shareholder of TechDivision, one of the leading IT service providers with a focus on e-commerce and the digitalization of sales processes in the DACH region, Josef has been working on digitalization issues since the late 1990s. With around 140 employees, TechDivision supports a wide range of customers in their digitalization projects, with a focus on the upper midmarket. AI has played a major role at TechDivision since before the hype surrounding ChatGPT began. The company has been using a wide range of technologies for some time now and is naturally also trying to increase efficiency in its day-to-day work through the targeted use of generative AI.

Josef Willkommer works as a consultant for a wide range of companies in the field of digital transformation and is also involved in the university and start-up environment as well as at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria. He is also an author for a wide range of publications and can be found speaking on e-commerce and digitalization topics at various events in German-speaking countries.
