Dr. Iris Pfeiffer has been Managing Director of the Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung (f-bb) gGmbH since 2017. Previously, she was head of department and division for educational issues at Prognos AG and the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts. She has been active in educational research for more than 20 years.
