Harald Eibisch graduated from the University of Erlangen with a degree in materials science, specializing in corrosion and surface technology, metals. He then worked as a project engineer in light metal die casting/thixomolding at Neue Materialien Fürth GmbH. After 6 years, he moved to Robert Bosch GmbH in Corporate Research Schwieberdingen as a development engineer in the field of stainless steels and forming technology.

Since 2007, Mr. Eibisch has been a specialist in production technology development at AUDI AG in Ingolstadt in the research and development of Al and Mg die casting technology with the addition of additive manufacturing with a focus on AI.
