Florian Heilmayr studied sports, culture and event management in Kufstein/Tyrol.
Experience in the field of cultural and event management at the city of Mühldorf am Inn and in the organization of corporate events at CWT-Meetings & Events for the clients Novartis Pharma GmbH and Hexal AG.

Florian has been with Bayern Innovativ GmbH since 2020 and has worked, among other things, in funding and orientation consulting for cultural and creative professionals.
He currently manages the "Kongressinitiative Bayern" funding program for the Bavarian Project Management Agency and is responsible for the "Funding Navigator for Climate Protection Projects in Cultural Institutions" service in the creative industries sector.
Florian has also been working as a project manager in the Enterprise Europe Network since 01.01.2026. In this role, he supports Bavarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular on topics relating to sustainability, funding opportunities and the establishment of international cooperation.
