Dr. Daniel Groos is a successful founder, innovator and systemic coach. He specializes in innovation, sustainability, start-ups and corporate culture, in particular the implementation of structures for innovation culture and the implementation of innovations in established companies.

With a doctorate in mechanical engineering and business administration, he has been managing director of a medium-sized consumer electronics company that he founded himself since 1998 and holds several international patents.

From this time, he still maintains close contact with the start-up scene in Munich and Berlin and regularly takes part in events as a lecturer, moderator, coach and member of juries.

From 2012, he built up the Innovation and Consulting division at the management consultancy Whiteblue Consulting.

From 2016 to the end of 2018, he was responsible for enabling and training companies on the topics of digitalization and agility as Managing Director of etventure Learning Hub GmbH (formerly Berlin School of Digital Business).
