Catherine Schreiber, ADVITOS Co-Founder & ex-Co-CEO, built the medtech startup into a successful company with 75 employees and a CE-certified multi-organ support device (Bavarian Innovation Award 2020, EIT Women Leadership Award 2022).
With her online Founders' Mental Strength Program (in memoriam Bernhard Kreymann) she promotes resilience in the startup world. After the sudden death of founder Bernhard Kreymann, she left ADVITOS in 2023.
After a sabbatical and certification as a scale-up coach, she now supports start-ups & SMEs as a coach and advisor, and since January
2025 she has been COO of the Swiss mental health start-up Spirit X Solutions.
