After working as goldsmith, Carolin Nuyten studied Industrial design and worked for 5 years at Fossil Europe, as Jewelry designer, 
later as Design Manager for 2,5 years in New York and Dallas, USA. Changing carriers, to work as Assistan Chied CMF for Opel Automobile in Germany for two years, followed by Senior Manager/head of CMF Europe for Chery Europe.
During the last years, Carolin Nuyten worked for two years as guest professor for University of Reutlingen and is a frequent guest speaker Pforzheim University in the subject of Transportational Interior Design.
In her current position at Chery Europe she leads the Color and Material team, that works on advanced trend and design ideas bridging eastern and western automotive markets and culture, helping to enhance cooperation between China and Europe.
