Anna Kopp
Anna Kopp has been Director of Microsoft Digital at Microsoft Germany since 2015 and has been with the company since 2004. She is the branch manager of the main office in Munich, Global Lead of Women@Microsoft, CIOnet CIDO Women Advisory Board, patron of the German Federal Association for AI, and Deputy Chair of the Munich Circle.
Anna comes from Sweden, where she studied International Communication at Stockholm University, and has been living in Germany since 1992. In 2020, she was voted one of Germany's most inspiring women, and in 2023, she was named one of the Top 100 Role Models for a Better Future by The Promptah AI Magazine. In 2024, she was voted one of the most innovative women in data and AI by CIO Look Magazine. In 2025, she was named a Women in Cloud honoree as one of the Top 50 Influential Women in Tech at Microsoft.
She is an expert on the new world of work and AI from a cultural, political, and practical perspective, advocates for flexible working models, and is a role model for gender equality in the German tech industry.
