After studying mechanical engineering, Alexander Strauß initially worked in the automotive and aviation industries.

He then worked for several years in strategy, transformation, innovation and multi-project management and as a manager at a large German IT and management consultancy before joining Bayern Innovativ GmbH at the end of 2021. Here he managed the strategy and the business units office.

Alexander Strauß has been a member of the management board of Bayern Innovativ since Sept. 2023 and is responsible for Operations & Strategy, as well as Business and Service IT since Jan. 2025.
