Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt - Zentrum für Angewandte Forschung (ZAF)

With the AWARE Center and BAYLAT, this year's THI stand will focus on Latin America: AWARE has been linking universities and industry for ten years in order to strengthen the transfer of knowledge and technology and to support the establishment of international research structures. BAYLAT's mission is to increase awareness of Bavaria as a science location in Latin America.

Exhibits from ongoing BMVI-funded projects will be on display: A drone from the FreeRail project (control of trackside vegetation on the rail network) and a multitouch table from the SAVe project (methodical development of combined virtual and physical safeguarding of traffic scenarios).

In addition, visitors can learn about the Artificial Intelligence Network Ingolstadt - AININ. The BMBF-funded research partnership SAFIR and the Innovation Alliance Man on the Move, which is funded as part of the federal-state initiative "Innovative University", will also be represented.
