Summary
The Technical Acoustics Group of the Chair of Human-Machine Communication at the Technical University of Munich is known nationally and internationally for psychoacoustic studies on noise assessment. Models have been developed that predict for various background noises how quiet a vehicle may be at most so that it does not pose a danger to pedestrians in urban traffic.
