We are an independent company with around 1,700 employees and are represented worldwide. Besides our headquarters in Sint-Truiden (Belgium), we have offices in China, Malaysia, Germany, France and the Netherlands. 33% of our employees are working in R&D, because we have adjusted our portfolio especially in the last years and invested a lot in the development and expansion of Punch Powertrain. As a result, we have been able to develop from a pure transmission manufacturer to a system supplier for complete hybrid; and electric drives.

Punch Powertrain is an independent full-line supplier of fuel-efficient powertrains. With over 49 years of CVT manufacturing experience, Punch Powertrain also offers electric powertrains for New Energy vehicles such as hybrids (48V & PHEV) and electric vehicles (EV) as well as DCTs.
