Lab Concept GmbH

Lab Concept is a company from Kempten, which develops, produces and distributes infrastructure solutions for laboratories. Lab Concept has developed products such as media ceilings, media columns and media bridges for the design of flexible and variable laboratories. Lab Concept's customers are chemical and pharmaceutical companies such as Basf AG or Janssen Pharmaceutical, but also universities and research institutes such as the Helmholtz Research Foundation. Lab Concept has developed a new and innovative fume cupboard. The fume cupboard is characterized by very low energy consumption with maximum safety for the user. The fume cupboard control system, which has also been newly developed, offers the user complete control over the fume cupboard and his research processes. The fume hood with its control system turns a fume hood into a fully digital workstation with connection to the World Wide Web. The product is funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Research under the BAYTOU program.
