Filter rake: Working principle: The wastewater flows through the perforated stainless steel filter baskets, retaining contaminants. The solids are absorbed directly at the bottom of the channel, a bottom jump is not required. The filter baskets form an endless filter belt that is cleaned after the upper deflection point with the help of a brush, a nozzle bar supports the cleaning process depending on the screenings load. The screenings can be discharged into containers, screenings presses, screw conveyors, conveyor belts, etc. Side seals prevent solids from "floating by". The filter baskets can be changed individually and quickly. Features:

Floating sludge clearing Operating principle: The floating sludge is captured by the screw conveyor and conveyed to the collection tank. Here, the scum is concentrated via an adjustable collection hopper and pumped out at intervals. The whole system is designed in such a way that water level fluctuations of 200 mm can be bridged without any problems. The whole system is insensitive to wind, currents and external influences.
