AI-supported automation in quality inspection often faces the challenge of false statements. We focus on lowering the barrier to entry, increasing reliability with reduced data requirements and developing specific, reusable AI models. Our approach allows the automation of inspection tasks through AI, supplemented by expert feedback. This synergy enables reliable results without false alarms and continuously increases the automation rate. We also present tools that enable experts to develop their own AI solutions.
Another approach is secure AI-based person detection, supported by systematic security analysis. This minimizes recognition errors and increases employee safety. Our adaptive and flexible solutions support the implementation and verification process for industrial users.
