Enterprise Europe Network

With around 600 organizations in all 28 EU member states and in over 20 other partner countries, the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is the largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe. As a partner in this international network of public consulting institutions, Bayern Innovativ GmbH supports Bavarian companies and institutes in three areas.

• Cooperation mediation: Marketing and mediation of innovative technologies and solutions from Bavaria to new users, customers or cooperation partners abroad   - and vice versa, mediation of new solutions and approaches from abroad to companies in Bavaria
• Innovation capability: Analyze and optimize the operational innovation management in Bavarian SMEs
• Innovation strategy: Tapping information and contacts relevant to the strategic direction of the company in the field of technology and innovation, including. individual situation analysis, proposals for action based on the neutral view from the outside as well as practical support for their implementation.
