The company was founded on 13.04.1994 as Dr. Teschauer & Petsch GBR. On 01.07.1996 the transformation into a stock corporation took place. At the end of 1997, the company moved into its own building to accommodate the increasing volume of business. In October 1998, the financial background for further expansion of the company was created with the investment of SCB Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft. The company was renamed Dr. Teschauer AG in 2002.
