LDorado LDorado is a stand-alone design tool tailored only to the needs of the wire harness industry. So it is not a CAD system with wire harness functions. It speaks in terms commonly used in the wire harness industry. This is a key difference from other systems on the market. The data necessary for the wiring harness development are provided from most different systems for LDorado and made available by LDorado for the further processing. . The multi-functional Client under Windows® contains thereby all substantial modules for the Bordnetzentwicklung. The administration of all information in a AP212 product structure is taken over by the LDorado server.

The process under control

Since its foundation in 1985, COMSA GmbH has been involved in the development and sale of software tools for the development of wire harnesses in the automobile industry. In 2002, COMSA introduced the LDorado product line, which can be used to cover the entire wire harness gestation process from initial design to production, both at the automotive manufacturer and the supplier. Customers include the BMW Group, the Volkswagen Group and many well-known suppliers.
