AGO GmbH Energie + Anlagen has been headquartered in Kulmbach since 1980 and has been part of RheinEnergie AG in Cologne since July 1, 2020. Our company specializes in innovative and efficient energy supply systems for industry and municipalities.

We employ around 180 people and offer graduates interesting training opportunities in various technical professions. In addition to plant planning and construction, we advise our contractual partners and customers and offer the associated services.

The name AGO has long been synonymous with efficiency, safety and technological expertise in energy supply systems such as combined heat and power plants, heating, cooling and ventilation systems, biomass cogeneration plants and combined heat, power and cooling systems.
