Information

Schunk Kohlenstofftechnik GmbH is the largest lead company within the Schunk Group. For over 40 years, SKT has been producing not only components made of monolithic graphite, but also products made of fiber-reinforced materials. Not only individual components are manufactured, but also entire subsystems in some cases. There are no limits to the choice of fiber and matrix, so that the best customer-specific solution can be offered. With over 15000 m² of production space for the manufacture of components made of fiber composite materials alone, the capacity ranges from very small series to large automotive series. Schunk also has a wide range of internal testing capacities. Certified quality testing is carried out in the company's own measuring rooms and chemical and physics laboratories.
Cooperation with sister companies such as Schunk Ingenieur-Keramik or Weiss-Technik further expands the capabilities many times over. Schunk as a one-stop store.
