Almost 50 years ago, Walter Herding & Gerhard Stich founded an innovative company with the aim of rethinking filter technology. We are present worldwide - partly with our own local production. Our employees at our headquarters in Amberg produce over 75,000 filters a year in our own production facility. Since the beginning, the sinter-plate filter with its unique surface filtration has been the focus. This technology still represents a revolution in filter technology. The extremely high separation efficiency with practically no filter wear is still unrivaled today. Over the years, a large number of customer-specific solutions have been developed for a wide range of industries and applications. Our systems for dedusting industrial applications are individually adapted to customer requirements by our subsidiaries and partners. Today the company is in the hands of Dr. Urs Herding & Andreas Stich, & thus already in the 2nd generation.
