About us

For over 30 years, ZESTRON has been supporting companies worldwide in bringing electronics for extreme operating conditions safely into series production. With more than 3000 successfully realized projects, we have a unique combination of mission-critical experience (defense, aerospace) and industrial scaling expertise (automotive, semiconductor).

We have a specialized analytical laboratory in Germany that processes over 100 damage assessments per year, an application center for the development and optimization of cleaning processes for electronic assemblies, existing approvals with European and US OEMs and certified processes according to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and TISAX.

    Evaluation of moisture and climate robustness (also on prototypes) within a few days using suitable rapid tests, identification of critical weak points, derivation of specific design optimizations.
  • Damage analysis & root cause identification:
    Laboratory analyses (SEM/EDX, FTIR, IC/C3, etc.), root cause analysis in the event of failures in qualification or field operation, development of effective remedial strategies.
