As a central institution, the Center for Applied Research | ZAF bundles the essential research and development activities of the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences. Researchers at the TC as well as at the institutes assigned to the faculties of the THD are supported by the Research and Development Services (R&D Services) unit as well as by the staff unit Operational Overall Management of the TC. The research focus is on the topics of digitalization, sustainability, smart mobility and innovation.
