Bayerische Forschungsallianz (Bavarian Research Alliance) GmbH

As a central point of contact, the Bavarian Research and Innovation Agency advises and supports small and medium-sized enterprises and universities in obtaining funding from the Free State of Bavaria, the federal government and the EU, as well as in all matters relating to technology transfer and patent exploitation. The goals are an efficient and transparent organization of technology transfer in Bavaria for scientists and entrepreneurs and a comprehensive presentation of the information offer about funding opportunities of the EU, the federal government and the Free State of Bavaria as well as a significantly increased EU funding acquisition, especially by universities and in higher implementation potential of innovation in Bavarian companies - especially SMEs. In the Bavarian Research and Innovation Agency, five competent partners work together: the Bavarian Research Alliance (BayFOR), the Bavarian Research Foundation, the Bavarian Patent Alliance, Bayern Innovativ and the Project Management Agency Bavaria.

Services:

• Support in securing research results and commercialization of inventions from universities and colleges under protection law
• Supervision of international cooperation projects in research and innovation
• Scientific, administrative and financial support (mobility grants) for bilateral projects, from the idea to implementation
• Networking activities between the various research and innovation actors, for example by accompanying delegation trips
• Project-related establishment of multilateral F&I consortia
