Small batches For a long time now, it has not just been prototypes that can be manufactured quickly and accurately with additive manufacturing. Additive manufacturing works without tools and is therefore independent of unit quantities. Products can be digitally individualized and produced profitably regardless of batch size or even as one-offs. Prototypes Formrise delivers the perfect technical prototype component, trade fair model or demonstration object with all the necessary post-processing steps. In addition to laser sintered parts, all common components produced by 3D printing or stereolithography can be offered. We have an excellent partner network for this and select the optimum manufacturing process for you based on our many years of specialist knowledge. Whether specification-dependent recommendation for material selection, finishing alternatives or finished assembly of components - we have the answer to your question. On request, a design review, technical inspection of the components and functional tests are subsequently carried out.
