Profile

DIPRO®mat - Materials for Digital Production - is primarily involved in the development and production of thermoplastic materials for additive manufacturing (AM), both in the form of filament precursors, granulates and sintered powder grades.
The aim is to transfer the many years of experience of the main shareholder Uwe Stenglin in the application technology and development of thermoplastic injection molding materials to the market for AM materials and high-performance polymers.

Products

  1. Engineering thermoplastics for injection molding, extrusion and additive manufacturing
  2. Thermoplastic elastomers for injection molding, extrusion and additive manufacturing
  3. Development & production of radiation-crosslinkable polymers
  4. Development & production of polymer powders for SLS & HSS
  5. Semi-crystalline polymers with minimal shrinkage for 3D printing & injection molding
  6. Consulting partner for the polymer industry

Technology

  1. ETP compounding on twin-screw extruders with strand pelletizing
  2. TPE compounding on twin-screw extruders with underwater pelletizing
  3. Cold grinding of polymer powder
  4. Material testing for ETPs & TPEs
  5. Filament extrusion for FFF/FDM printers

Information

DIPRO®mat is driven by technical curiosity and imagination. The market for thermoplastic 3D materials requires more than standard materials. The technical requirements are determined by the component. In DIPRO®mat 's in-house technical centre, ETPs, TPEs and radiation-crosslinkable materials are developed according to customer requirements, even for those processors who, as "small customers", do not have access to the "know-how" of the raw materials industry. This is also of great importance for additive manufacturing.
