Our experienced team designs, develops and implements modular automation solutions for various applications in the production environment. These include, for example, dosing, quality control, pick & place as well as assembly and soldering processes. The latter often represent a difficulty in the manufacturing process, especially in the field of electronics production.

In order to counteract these difficulties, we have developed a modular soldering cell that can be integrated into an existing production process in a plug-and-play manner. The first module contains the soldering head, the Techman robot unit and the associated technology, while the second module can be configured according to customer specifications and carries the solder fume extraction system and the PCB transport unit. The cell is available as an open or closed workstation and guarantees consistently high production quality without restrictions
