Procedure

Contact us at an early stage - we will be happy to advise you personally! You will be activated for an application by the Bavarian project management organization and can prepare a service description and obtain offers at the same time.

Summarize your required services in a document on the basis of which you request qualified offers. You don't know exactly which services you need? Get support for your tender by using the predefined service modules in ENP Online. The basis for cost planning under grant law is a concrete offer from an expert third party. In the case of commercially active companies, brief proof that a bidding competition has been held (e.g. letter to the bidders) is sufficient.

Applications are submitted in the electronic application system of the Free State of Bavaria. You will receive the access code for your application form from us. After electronic submission in the portal without an ELSTER company certificate, the application including the other required documents must be submitted by post to the Bavarian project management organization. Alternatively, the application can be submitted digitally with an ELSTER company certificate.
Your application will only be processed once we have received all the documents in full! This includes a site plan of the building/area to be considered, the comparative offers obtained or rejections from the service providers and a technical project description. You will receive a template for the latter with the application release data. Additional information or documents that we request from you may be necessary to complete the application.

The technical and financial aspects of the documents are checked by the Bavarian project management organization. If the assessment is positive, the documents are forwarded to the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy and reviewed again if necessary. A final decision will be made by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.

In the event of a positive assessment, the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy will decide on the application.
