Which services are required? In ENP Online, predefined service modules are available for your tender.

Obtain qualified offers? Use the service description as the basis for your tender!
The following procedural documentation must be observed:
- Preparation of the service description
- Documentation of the call for tenders
- Compilation of the bids received
- Documentation of the selection decision including any evaluation criteria
Request
The application is submitted using the form: Sample 1a to the VV to Art. 44 BayHO (application for the granting of a subsidy). The necessary application documents will be sent to the project sponsor by post: Necessary application documents:
- Sample 1a to the VV to Art. 44 BayHO (completed and signed)
- List of services of the municipality
- Site plan
- Requested offers (5-8 offers should be requested) including possible rejections of the requested service providers
- Award matrix / award justification
Examination
The technical and financial aspects of the documents are reviewed by the project sponsor. If the assessment is positive, the documents are forwarded to the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy and reviewed again if necessary. A final decision will be made by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.
The processing time from receipt of a complete and verifiable application to the issue of the grant notification is approximately 6-8 weeks. Neither the energy utilization plan nor the implementation support may be commissioned before receipt of the grant notification.
