The Free State of Bavaria supports both local authorities and companies that commission studies on energy saving, energy efficiency and the increased use of renewable energies. External service providers are commissioned to provide local stakeholders with recommendations for action based on actual and target conditions. Funding is provided in the form of a subsidy.
