MEDICA is a leading international trade fair for the medical industry. In addition to the trade fair, the "MEDICA Forums and Conferences" and the trade fair COMPAMED.
In 2023, the trade fair was able to consolidate its leading position as the leading international trade fair in the medical sector: A strong increase in bookings on the part of the exhibiting companies was followed by an increase in terms of the trade visitors attending. More than 83,000 (2022: 81,000) visitors came to MEDICA 2023 and COMPAMED 2023, where a total of over 6,100 exhibitors (2022: 5,000) from 69 nations presented a wide range of innovations for modern outpatient and clinical care.
