- Is there a mandatory marketing/communication fee for the co-exhibitor at the joint stand of the trade fair event and if so, in what amount?
Each trade fair event usually charges an obligatory marketing/communications contribution/basic entry in the trade fair media. The amount of this contribution may vary from trade fair to trade fair and is specified in the general terms and conditions of the respective event management. The billing is done by the event management or with the stand rental invoice by Bayern Innovativ GmbH. These costs are obligatory and to be paid additionally by each co-exhibitor at the joint stand.
