In our two-day remote workshop, we combine innovation with the possibilities of artificial intelligence (AI). We guide you through the entire innovation process - from problem identification and definition to idea generation, idea consolidation and concretization as well as their commercialization.

How can I use artificial intelligence in the innovation process in a more efficient and future-oriented way?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the way companies shape innovation - from brainstorming and market analysis to successful marketing.

In this two-day, practice-oriented remote workshop, you will experience the entire innovation process in a compact form. You will learn how generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot) increases creativity, efficiency and decision-making quality in all phases of the innovation process.

Using practical case studies and six exercises, you will apply AI tools directly - from problem definition and idea generation to evaluation and market analysis through to product positioning and communication. Regular reflection phases ensure the transfer to your own practice.

We work according to the 50:10 principle - 50 minutes input & exercises, 10 minutes break.

Focus

  • Holistic innovation process: from problem definition to commercialization
  • Application of generative AI in six central steps - from idea generation to communication
  • Combination of classic methods (e.g. SCAMPER, PPM, KANO) with modern AI tools
  • Practical exercises with large language models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and supplementary AI applications
  • Reflection on opportunities, limitations and success factors in the AI-supported innovation process

Benefits

  • Promote creativity: Learn how AI accelerates idea generation and problem analysis.
  • Increase efficiency: Use AI for structured evaluation and potential analysis.
  • Act market-oriented: Recognize market opportunities and suitable positioning with AI.
  • Improve communication: Develop convincing messages and marketing ideas with AI.
  • Practical application: All steps are worked through using realistic exercises and case studies
