What exactly is it about?
The SIT method was inspired by the Russian TRIZ method and developed in the 1990s by Prof. Jacob Goldenberg (et al.) in Israel. It is essentially based on the 'Function-follows-Form' process according to Prof. Ronald Finke and the five innovation patterns according to Prof. Jacob Goldenberg.
It enables cognitive fixations to be systematically broken down and experts to be led to new ideas. Problems are identified quickly and systematically, and obvious solutions are found.
In addition to the theoretical introduction to the method, practical exercises are developed together with the participants during the workshop and adapted to the needs of the participants.
The workshop is aimed at small and medium-sized companies and is equally suitable for the development of new products, processes, services or business models. Participants receive an overview of all innovation opportunities for their area within a short space of time.
