The IPEC - International Production Environmental Community will take place for the tenth time from March 18-28, 2025 under the theme " Shaping the future: AI-driven innovations for a sustainable industry in Europe ". IPEC 2025, consisting of a conference and international matchmaking, is jointly organized by the Nuremberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Middle Franconia and the Enterprise Europe Network at Bayern Innovativ GmbH in close cooperation with Automation Valley Nordbayern and with the support of VDE Bayern and eco2050 Institut für Nachhaltigkeit GmbH.
What role does artificial intelligence (AI) play in promoting sustainability in the industrial sector?
International experts will talk about this on March 18, 2025 and present practical aspects of AI on the following topics during the online conference:
- Solutions for the circular economy with the help of AI
- AI for a sustainable transformation of industry Next generation industrial ecosystems
- Reducing waste and energy consumption through AI
- Improved quality control and maintenance
- Innovative business models for sustainability
In addition to the specialist presentations at the conference, you can expect a pitching session with the presentation of six to eight innovative project ideas as well as international matchmaking, which offers the opportunity for individual exchange and networking.
IPEC 2025 is aimed in particular at small and medium-sized enterprises, start-ups, industrial companies and research institutions from Bavaria and Europe.
Participation in both the conference and the International Matchmaking is free of charge. However, prior registration is essential. The conference will be broadcast via GoTo webinar. You will receive the access link by e-mail shortly before the event. The conference language is English.
The online matchmaking meetings will take place directly via the B2Match platform. Please log in to your B2Match account on the event website. An additional installation of technical modules is not required.
