Venue program: procedure

Application

The application with the necessary documents is submitted electronically on the Bayern Innovativ GmbH website. You will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt with your file number by e-mail. The processing of applications is carried out according to the order of their receipt. Applications will not be considered formally submitted until all documents supporting the application have been received for review. Applications must be submitted

- for the second half of 2020 no later than December 31, 2020 - for the first half of 2021 no later than September 30, 2021 - for the second half of 2021 no later than June 10, 2022 - for the first half of the year (1st. and 2nd quarter 2022) by no later than June 10, 2022

Notifications of change: Please note that in the event of any subsequently identified changes (e.g. grant exceeds the actual liquidity shortage), you are required under the notification obligation and in accordance with Guideline 9.2 (reimbursement obligation for excess amount) to notify the relevant responsible granting agency. To do this, use the form for notifying changes (stored in the application system in your personal area). Audit by the granting office

With the help of Bayern Innovativ GmbH, the granting office checks whether the eligibility criteria are met. The examination takes place on the basis of the application, the confirmed liquidity requirement plan as well as the further necessary documents.

As granting offices are responsible:

  • the Government of Middle Franconia (for the cultural organizers and/or Venues located in Upper, Middle and Lower Franconia and the Upper Palatinate) 
  • the Government of Upper Bavaria (for the cultural organizers or venues located in Upper and Lower Bavaria and Swabia)

Notification

After preliminary review by Bayern Innovativ GmbH, the application will be forwarded to the respective responsible approval office for a final decision. You will receive an e-mail about the respective review result.

Disbursement

The grant will be transferred to the applicant's account by the respective responsible granting agency after approval

The approval period amounts to a maximum of

- six calendar months in the period from 01. July 2020 to December 31, 2020 - six calendar months in the period from January 01, 2021 to June 30, 2021 - six calendar months in the period from July 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021 - three calendar months in the period from January 01, 2022 to March 31, 2022 - three calendar months in the period from April 01, 2022 to June 30, 2022
