Stand modules and mandatory marketing packages
Stand concept and costs 2026
The stand concept is based on flexibly deployable modules that are exposed to the hall aisles and can be individually designed by the exhibitors as part of the overall concept. In addition to the table work areas, additional exhibit space is also available to exhibitors if required.
Inside the joint stand there is a functionally designed meeting area with a bar counter, kitchen and storage. This area is used jointly by the exhibitors and offers space for intensive discussions with customers and cooperation partners.
* University participation in some trade fairs is free of charge.

Further information
- Each exhibitor can choose between the stand variants listed.
- As an alternative to the lockable base cabinets, the available space can also be used in whole or in part for the presentation of exhibits.
- The design and printing of posters and logos are included in the price.
- It is also possible to present larger exhibits outside the modules. This additional exhibit space will be charged at 400 euros (plus VAT) per square meter or part thereof.
- The companies' contribution only covers part of the total costs. The remaining costs are borne by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.
Please note:
Obligatory marketing fee / basic entry in the trade fair media
As a rule, every trade fair organizer charges a mandatory marketing/communication fee / basic entry in the trade fair media.
These costs are invoiced additionally to the exhibitor. The amount of this fee may vary from trade fair to trade fair and is set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the respective organizer. The organizer or Bayern Innovativ GmbH will invoice the exhibitor together with the stand rental invoice.
Marketing contributions marked with * may still vary; they were not yet finalized when the Bayern Innovativ trade fair programme was published. These are the marketing contributions from the previous trade fair year.

The contributions marked with ** are registration fees for co-exhibitors, which the trade fair organizer charges for each co-exhibitor registration.
The marketing contributions marked with *** are an optional offer from the trade fair organizer for co-exhibitors, which can be booked for you by Bayern Innovativ on request. You will receive a request for this in the service circular after admission as a joint stand exhibitor.
