Bavarian network for energy efficiency in culture - binkEN
Saving energy in culture? That's exactly what binkEN is for! Developed especially for cultural institutions, binkEN is the first energy efficiency network for the cultural sector. It helps to jointly lower energy consumption, reduce CO₂ and actively promote climate protection.
13 state cultural institutions with high energy consumption receive practical support - including from experts from the Forschungsstelle für Energiewirtschaft e. V. München (FfE Munich) - and exchange ideas on effective measures and strategies. This creates a network that makes sustainable cultural change possible.
One focus is on the development of individual reduction paths and practical action plans. In addition, binkEN offers support with technical and organizational issues as well as with the introduction of tools for systematic energy management.
The network runs until the end of 2027 and is supported by the bink initiative in terms of organization and content. Thanks to FfE Munich's many years of experience in the fields of energy efficiency, climate protection and cultural management, binkEN is ideally positioned to achieve sustainable success.
