The stand concept is based on flexibly deployable modules that are exposed to the hall aisles and can be individually designed by exhibitors as part of the overall concept. The integrated monitors can be used to digitally display exciting content about the company or the products on display. Inside the shared stand, there is a functionally designed meeting area with a bar counter, kitchen and storage. This area is shared by the exhibitors and offers space for intensive discussions with customers and cooperating institutions. Choose the module that best suits your needs. As an alternative to the lockable base cabinets, the available space can also be used in whole or in part for the presentation of exhibits. It is also possible to present larger exhibits outside the modules.

How to take part:

Apply with the application documents for the Bavarian Pavilion 2025. Applications can only be submitted if the completed application forms are received by the application deadline. After the application deadline, the exhibition contributions will be selected from the applications received together with the trade fair committee and you will be notified.
