The RENEW-BOOSTER Eurocluster has launched a new open call to promote innovative projects by small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of renewable energies. The aim of the initiative is to strengthen the resilience of European supply chains and support innovation along key energy value chains.
In particular, projects that contribute to reducing dependencies on critical raw materials, develop new materials or production processes or use digital solutions to optimize energy infrastructures will be funded. The call for proposals particularly addresses innovations in the areas of photovoltaics, offshore wind energy and energy grids.
Features:
- Deadline: April 28, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
- Target group: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Funding: up to 60,000 euros per SME
- Project duration: 3-6 months
For technology-oriented start-ups and SMEs, the call offers a comparatively low-threshold opportunity to receive EU funding for pilot projects or demonstrations. Companies from the clean energy, energy tech or industrial manufacturing sectors in particular can test innovations in a market-oriented environment.
Further information on the call can be found in the Funding & Tenders Portal and on the official call website.
