We - verbaneum - are an owner-managed outsourcing partner with a contact center and consulting unit based in Nuremberg. Our name, based on the Latin verbum (= word, utterance, work, deed) and novus (= novel, revolutionary, innovative), stands for new and innovative approaches to our services, our employer brand and our corporate processes in equal measure. The "word" accompanies us constantly - in all dialogs on the phone with customers and interested parties, by e-mail, by chat, in negotiations and discussions with employees and clients. In line with our corporate philosophy, words are followed by deeds and we strive to achieve sustainability and create meaning for society, our environment and nature: purpose, in other words!

And because we keep our word, we have already had our commitment to sustainability reviewed by the experts at Bayern Innovativ for the second time, giving us a valuable external perspective on our activities. Where do we stand in comparison with other companies from comparable sectors, how good is our commitment in the individual dimensions and where is there still untapped potential? These and other questions were validated and evaluated as part of the assessment along the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. We were once again impressed by the results:

Across all four dimensions - environmental, economic, social and management of sustainable development - we have improved on our good result from the first assessment and our commitment is now clearly above the top 10% of the peer group. We are delighted about this, but it immediately gives way to a new drive for action - because we are growing and our commitment to sustainability is growing with us. We have emerged from the assessment with great new impetus and are consistently pursuing our goal of being the most sustainable service provider in Germany.
