On Thursday, April 16, 2026, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria will open its doors from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. for an exciting event about the world of extended reality (XR), right in the heart of Munich.

XR, as a collective term for virtual, augmented and mixed reality, has long been more than just a future trend: the technology is rapidly developing into a real game changer for companies. It enables complex content to be made tangible, processes to be simulated realistically and products to be presented in a completely new way. Whether in training, product development or sales. XR opens up a wide range of opportunities to work more efficiently, safely and innovatively.

At "XR for SMEs 2026", companies, the self-employed and interested parties will gain a practical insight into current developments, concrete application possibilities and successful application examples.
