Energy-packed impetus at the Bavarian Battery Congress 2025

The Battery Congress provided an excellent opportunity for all players in the battery value chain to network, learn about the latest technological developments and exchange ideas about battery innovations.

A wide range of topics were covered - from battery production to various areas of application and R-strategies. Exciting discussions developed at the exhibition stands during the breaks in particular, with a lively exchange of contact details. The atmosphere was characterized by a spirit of optimism and a strong willingness to cooperate among the participants.

A key topic was the expectations regarding political signals for the industry. In the meantime, however, numerous support options for the players have already been identified - from start-up and funding support to EU funding programs and themed networks. The more intensive exchange beyond the Bavarian state borders with e-mobil BW and Upper Austria is also being expanded via the existing networks.

"The event has once again shown how diverse and broadly positioned and networked the battery industry in Bavaria is," says Leonard Höcht from Bayern Innovativ.
