The four plants in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and Hesse have a total output of 76 MW.
The solar system project developer Belectric has installed and commissioned around 140,000 PV modules in four German solar parks. The plants were built near Deubach (48 MW) in the district of Lauda-Königshofen, Oberrammersdorf (10.7 MW) in the district of Ansbach, Reddehausen (7.6 MW) in the district of Marburg-Biedenkopf and Rieden (10 MW) in the district of Nürnberger Land. They have a total installed capacity of 76 MW.
Belectric not only built the parks, but also developed them. The commissioning of the Deubach and Reddehausen plants marks a milestone in Belectric's history, according to a company statement: "We are adding the two solar parks to the portfolio of our asset company Belectric Greenvest and thus entering the IPP (Independent Power Producer) business segment. This means that we are selectively adding plants to our own portfolio and also producing and marketing solar power as the owner," said Managing Director Thorsten Blanke.
Belectric has sold the Rieden solar park to its customer N-Ergie Regenerativ GmbH. The Oberrammersdorf PV plant was transferred to Bürger-Energie Lichtenau eG, PV Wiedersbach GmbH & Co. KG and Solarpark Osterburg GmbH & Co. KG and offers participation opportunities for citizens. Belectric is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all projects.
